This year Riga will celebrate the 4th annual festival of light – Staro Riga! (Shine Riga!), which will take place all around the city on 17-20 of November.

The festival of light is an exhibition of outdoor installations made by local artists. 27 colourful artworks and 75 large-scale installations will make Riga shining and bright, transforming buildings, squares, bridges, streets and monuments into unique masterpieces.
