Druskininkai officials develope an idea of setting up indoor arena with artificial sea and beach, which would function all year round.

Indoor arena, which is planned to be built next to the aquapark, will contain seaside imagery, real heated dunes, pines, wooden paths and a pool imitating wavy sea. During warm sunny days, the roof could be opened so that the visitors could sunbathe while on chilly days, visitors will enjoy water baths and relax on warm sand.

Project is still on discussion stage, but, hopefully, it will be realized and Druskininkai will get another tourist attraction, apart from aquapark and indoor all year round snow arena.
