When speaking about beautiful countries we usually turn our eyes on exotic Asian and African destinations or tropical islands. But it seems that Twitter and Pinterest users have totally different point of view. According to the competition launched by First Choice one of the world’s most beautiful countries is Latvia, which got more then 35% of total votes.

Although Latvia is a member of EU for quiet awhile, it is still undiscovered by mass tourism and boasts crystal-clear rivers and lakes, untouched forest, beautiful coastline and well-kept historical architecture.
